The Engineering Department serves as the company's technological core: an integrated ecosystem where product development is driven by advanced design methodologies and rigorous experimental validation protocols. Leveraging state-of-the-art instrumentation and cross-disciplinary engineering expertise, we support our partners throughout the entire product lifecycle—from initial concept to final series production release.

We develop complex geometries and mechanical assemblies using 3D parametric CAD modeling. Our workflow integrates Finite Element Analysis (FEA/FEM) for component structural optimization, ensuring high standards of efficiency and reliability from the earliest design stages.

We utilize high-resolution 3D laser scanning systems to digitize physical geometries with hundredth-of-a-millimeter tolerances. This technology supports reverse engineering activities, metrological dimensional inspections, and deviation analyses relative to nominal models.

Through quick-response 3D printing tools, we accelerate the transition from mathematical models to physical prototypes. Utilizing technical polymers and advanced composite materials—or leveraging the support of an affiliated CNC machining unit—we manufacture functional components, tooling, and models for fit-and-function testing..

Our technical laboratory features dynamic test benches and two inertial dynamometers dedicated to the characterization and testing of braking systems and suspensions. This infrastructure accurately replicates vehicle dynamics across an infinite spectrum of scenarios, ranging from standardized cycles to track simulations. The department is also equipped with automotive and motorcycle lifts, ensuring maximum efficiency and safety during vehicle scanning and fitting tests.
